Room rates

• Is there any advantage when I book via this official site?

We offer you the special discount of 5% on the room rate. You will also receive a small gift upon arrival.

Check-in

• Can I ask for an early check-in ？

Our check-in time is from 15:00. In case of your early arrival, you may be able to use the room, if the room is ready.

If not, you can leave your baggage in our hotel.



• What time is the check-in time?

Our check-in time is from 15:00 to 20:00.

• What happens if I arrive later than the check-in time?

If you were to arrive later than 8pm please inform us in advance. Our reception closes at 22:30.

Hotel Facilities

• Is there any parking space?

We don’t have our own parking space. There are many parking lot or car parks near our hotel.

Rooms

• Can I ask for a quiet room?

We only have 5 rooms. We will do our best to provide you a quiet room.However, our hotel is a traditional Japanese style construction, so the isolation of each rooms is not perfect. We thus kindly ask each guest not to disturb other guests especially during the night time.



• We are on honeymoon. Can we request a double bed in our room?

All our beds are “futon beds”. We can put them next to each other. We only have double futon bed in Kikyo and a queen size futon bed in Sakura.

Dinner

• I am allergic to some food. Can you replace them with something else?

Please let us know about it when you make a reservation of the Bistro.

We often have oysters in our menu. We can replace them with something else if you let us know in advance.
