Auberge Azabu Kyoto is a traditional Japanese style town house that has been converted into a comfortable modern inn.

Our Auberge is located on Muromachi-Dori(street), in the heart of Kyoto. It's a 3 minute walk from the Gojo subway station and one stop from Kyoto's main railway station, JR Kyoto.

You can enjoy a morning walk to Higashi Hongan Temple, a national treasure. Or you can bicycle to Kiyomizu temple, one of the most popular temples in Kyoto and a UNESCO World Heritage site. You may also enjoy browsing the stores in Nishiki Market, a traditional food market known as Kyoto's kitchen.

Our 5 bedrooms are decorated in a blend of traditional Japanese and contemporary European styles. They are equipped with modern facilities and comfortable Japanese-style futon beds.
